About the role

Are Media is on the hunt for a driven and highly ambitious Marketing Automation Specialist to assist in implementing and managing automated marketing processes and systems to streamline marketing efforts and enhance efficiency. This is a 6 month full time contract role reporting to the Head of Data and working with various key stakeholders within the business.

Duties

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with Sailthru support team for resolution when necessary
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on Sailthru functionalities such as templates, content feeds, ad zones, Lifecycle Optimizer flows as well as hosted and opt-out pages
  • Configure and maintain user access permissions
  • Act as an internal SME and advocate for marketing automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sailthru with other marketing tools, platforms and sites for seamless customer experience
  • Understand, implement and manage lifecycle & trigger-based automation workflows
  • Manage and maintain Sailthru system configurations, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years of experience working with the Sailthru marketing automation platform
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principals
  • Strong experience with Consent Lifecycle Management
  • Ability to prepare support documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience with a Customer Data Platform is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is highly regarded
  • Familiarisation with data governance regulations and privacy policies.
