About the role
This is a parental leave contract for a People & Culture Business Partner, where you’ll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience and driving business success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver strategic people solutions across the full employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes, champion culture, and enable capability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on complex people matters, providing commercially focused solutions.
- Partner across all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention, wellness, and safety.
- Provide expert guidance on policy, process, legislation, and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead and support organisational change initiatives, applying sound governance and change management principles.
- Champion capability-building programs and engagement initiatives aligned to business priorities.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a People & Culture Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and Awards.
- Demonstrated ability to build deep stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
- Expertise in managing change, resolving complex employee matters, and mitigating risk.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
