As our Casual Events Manager, you’ll help deliver engaging advertiser, sponsorship and live experiences that create value for our audiences and commercial partners. Reporting to the Head of Events & Client Sponsorships, you’ll take ownership of key event workstreams and keep every detail moving from initial planning through to onsite delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive event delivery by managing project timelines, critical paths, run sheets, production schedules and key milestones across multiple events.
  • Coordinate sponsorship activations and ensure client assets, entitlements and contractual deliverables are executed accurately and on time.
  • Bring stakeholders together by managing communication across clients, sponsors, internal teams, venues, suppliers and production partners.
  • Support seamless execution by coordinating event logistics, tracking budgets and expenditure, resolving risks and assisting onsite during peak periods.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • At least seven years’ experience across events, sponsorships, partnerships or project delivery, including client-facing or sponsored events.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with advertisers, sponsors and senior internal teams.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage multiple events, deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Experience managing event documentation, timelines, budgets and supplier requirements; media, publishing, advertising or marketing experience would be an advantage.
