About the role

Are you a talented and creative marketing designer who can bring ideas to life? Are you passionate about branding and design? If so, we want you to join our team at Are Media as our Marketing Designer! Please note this is a 12-month parental leave role.

As the Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating designs that effectively communicate our brands and message to our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute on marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.

Duties

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including print, digital, retail and social media
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing creative 
  • Support the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital ads, and social media content

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
  • Strong experience in marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Knowledge of design best practices for print and digital media
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
