About the Role

Join Are Direct (a division of Are Media) and play a critical role in powering The Market Hub (TMH)—a fast-growing B2B platform supplying toys, gifts, stationery and general merchandise to 4,500+ independent retailers across Australia. This is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for end-to-end inbound inventory coordination across our Moorebank distribution centre. You’ll be the central link between suppliers, buying, warehouse and finance, ensuring stock flows smoothly from delivery through to availability.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and brings discipline to inventory processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage inbound deliveries, supplier bookings and warehouse intake
• Ensure accurate receipting, put-away and replenishment
• Monitor and maintain WMS data integrity and delivery schedules
• Resolve discrepancies, damages, returns and invoice issues
• Drive supplier compliance and follow up on delays or gaps
• Conduct cycle counts and support stocktakes/audits
• Provide clear reporting on inbound performance and risks
• Partner across Buying, Warehouse and Finance to keep stock moving

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in inventory, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume coordination
• Confidence working directly with suppliers and stakeholders
• Solid Excel and systems skills (WMS experience essential)
• Highly organised, proactive and a clear communicator

Desirable: Warehouse/operations background, Thomax WMS exposure.
