About the role
Work alongside our Marketing Manager to deliver integrated marketing activity across a portfolio of Australia's leading Entertainment, Homes & Lifestyle brands! The Marketing Executive assists in the execution of brand campaigns, supports audience acquisition and retention activities, and contributes to tentpole events and performance marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on executional role with a strong focus on campaign execution, coordinating end-to-end delivery, ensuring legal compliance and tracking performance to drive audience engagement and growth. It's an exciting opportunity for a marketer who is organised, platform-savvy and eager to develop broad skills in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment!
What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Develop copy and briefing creative assets aligned to each brand's distinct voice
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders
- Collaborating with editorial, digital, and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing coordinator or executive role, ideally within media, publishing, or a content-led environment
- Strong written communication skills with an instinct for audience-first storytelling
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across social and digital channels
- Comfortable working with data; you can read a performance dashboard and translate numbers into next steps
- An understanding of Are Media's brand portfolio and the audiences each title serves
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects without dropping the ball
