About the role
Play a key role in growing and deepening audience connections across a portfolio of Australia's leading Entertainment, Homes & Lifestyle brands, driving engagement wherever our audiences choose to consume content!
Working at the intersection of content, audience and brand, you'll develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies that attract new audiences, strengthen loyalty and turn casual readers into passionate brand advocates. From launching compelling campaigns and supporting major editorial moments to creating meaningful audience experiences, you'll help bring our brands to life across paid, owned and earned channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who combines creative thinking with a data-driven mindset, understands how audiences discover and engage with content, and is passionate about building enduring relationships between consumers and the brands they love.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that grow audience engagement across Are Media's print, digital, and social brand portfolio
- Partner closely with editorial, commercial, and audience development teams to align marketing activity with content strategy
- Own campaign performance reporting, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
- Manage agency and supplier relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing management role, ideally within media, publishing, or a consumer-facing content environment
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from brief through to evaluation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across editorial and commercial functions
- Solid understanding of audience data and digital analytics platforms
- Experience working within or alongside content teams; you understand the rhythm of a newsroom or editorial calendar
- A portfolio of work that reflects a genuine understanding of female-skewing Australian audiences
