The Brand & Communications Executive will play a key role in bringing our brands to life, building awareness, attracting audiences, and enhancing our brands’ impact. As a go-to coordinator for competitions and promotions, you’ll create exciting, engaging initiatives that boost customer growth and make our brand shine.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on across all areas of marketing—jumping into campaign planning, budgeting, creative development and gathering insights. By supporting these activities, you’ll help deliver cohesive, memorable brand experiences across our owned, earned and paid channels.

Duties

  • Manage and execute competitions and promotional activities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of brand initiatives, including scheduling, coordinating assets, and assisting in campaign rollouts across multiple channels to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing planning by assisting with budgeting, gathering insights, and reporting on campaign performance.

Skills and experience

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and messaging.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling content for various channels (social media, email, website).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including best practices for engagement and audience growth.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) for creating simple visuals.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage timelines and collaborate on projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external messaging.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or social media insights to measure and report on campaign performance.

Are Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
