About the role

The Deals Junior Growth Manager is responsible for leading the long-term growth of coupon content across our portfolio of websites.

Reporting to the Head of Audience, the Junior Growth Manager is accountable for driving strategy and execution across content and SEO to maximise coupon revenue. This role requires an in-depth understanding of SEO, ecommerce and content optimisation, combined with exceptional stakeholder management to align editorial, product and commercial priorities.

Accountable for revenue growth KPIs, this role demands a proactive, data-driven approach and a collaborative mindset to build trust, engagement and performance.

Duties

This role focuses on driving coupon traffic and revenue growth through SEO-optimised content, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coupon Growth: Developing and executing a strategy to boost coupon traffic and revenue while balancing commercial goals with user-first content.
  • Collaboration: Working with Product, Tech, Commercial, Social, and Email teams to enhance coupon content visibility and performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring site traffic, revenue trends, and SEO insights to optimise content and drive growth.

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Well-developed writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Interest and/or understanding of shopping trends and online user behaviour
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with editorial integrity
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience
