At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. 

About the role

This role manages strategic agency relationships within the Independent Media Agencies Australia (IMAA) group and is responsible for driving significant revenue contributions within this space. . This role requires deep experience in agency representation and selling, adeptness at navigating complex matrix structures, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.

Duties

  • Lead strategic relationships with key agency consortium groups.
  • Own the Agency business plan and growth plan for each financial year in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Director of Sales
  • Navigate and influence complex agency structures effectively.
  • Influence media planning and buying decisions through deep agency engagement.

Skills and experience

  • Extensive experience in agency account management and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and financial acumen.
