About the role
Join Are Media's dynamic Advertising Sales team as a Sales Project Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of Australia's premier media landscape. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and coordination across teams to ensure client objectives are met. This role will drive campaign performance and will lead the process to achieve key outcomes and deliver exceptional results for both clients and the business.
Duties
• Campaign Implementation & Coordination: Manage client campaigns from pitch through to delivery, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on budget, and to brief.
• Stakeholder & Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and client/agency contacts.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaign delivery from briefing through to completion, ensuring all creative assets, timelines, and specifications are met. Partner with Sales to manage client expectations and communicate updates effectively
• Performance Analysis: Set up and maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and relevant documentation.
• Cross-Platform Coordination: Collaborate with editorial, digital, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration across Are Media's multi-platform offerings.
Skills and experience
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• 5+ years experience in advertising sales, and/or project management
• Proven track record in managing multi-platform advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of advertising metrics and analytics tools
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience working across creative, brand, and sales teams
• High attention to detail, from tracking to final delivery
