At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Affiliate, this role will be responsible for scaling affiliate partnerships through educating on and selling our products and packages, identifying and recruiting new clients and optimising existing partnerships.
A key component of this role is nurture relationships with clients, measure and report on the performance of affiliate, provide post-campaign reports to merchants as well as suggestions for improvements, and create case studies that can be used to help sell our offering further in market.
Duties
- Identify and recruit new client partnerships, optimising existing campaigns and analysing performance metrics to achieve the affiliate channel revenue growth objectives.
- Meet flat fee channel growth targets, in close collaboration with the affiliate commercial team and the shopping content team.
- Meet CPA targets via negotiations with network partners, agencies and directly with merchants
- Lead partnership discussions with affiliate merchants and create content proposals that foster performance growth for both parties.
- Foster long-term relationships with Are Media’s key retailer and brand partners and manage the negotiation of commission rates and commercial content agreements
- Manage and build strong external relationships with affiliate networks/agencies and merchants directly
- Distil performance data into clear, actionable insights to guide our editorial team, and report on site-level and page-level performance for merchants
- Weekly & monthly performance reporting with insights on content performance from multiple affiliate revenue streams, to inform editors, finance and senior leaders
- Collaborate with other teams such as coupons, content and commercial teams to drive overarching company goals
- Ad hoc tasks relating to affiliate, events and partnerships
Skills and experience
- Affiliate marketing experience: 1-3 years
- Account Management experience
- Sales experience desired
- Data driven and thrives in a fast paced environment
