About the role 
The Executive Producer works with the Head of Vodcasting to lead premium vodcast content creation across Are Media's diverse portfolio of brands. You'll drive strategic content development from concept to completion, working at the intersection of traditional publishing and digital innovation. This role is perfect for a creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape compelling stories that resonate with millions of Australians across multiple platforms.
Duties
- Oversee end-to-end production of high-quality content across print, digital, video, and social platforms
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure content meets business goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key talent, contributors, and external production partners
- Ensure all content meets Are Media's editorial standards and compliance requirements
- Drive innovation in content formats and storytelling techniques across emerging platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on audience engagement data
Skills and experience 
- 5+ years of senior production experience in media, publishing, or content creation
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-platform content projects
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Deep understanding of Australian media landscape and audience preferences
- Proficiency in digital content management systems and production tools
- Budget management and vendor relationship experience
