About the role 
Reporting to the Head of Sales, The Agency Lead manages strategic agency relationships within consortium groups & large T2 agency clients, and is responsible for driving significant revenue contributions. This role requires deep experience in agency representation and selling, adeptness at navigating complex matrix structures, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Duties
- Coach and develop direct report/s, ensuring robust performance management.
 
- Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
 
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for revenue growth specific to that agency group and inline with the Are Media agency strategy
 
- Set, monitor, and achieve individual and team (consortium) budget
 
- Conduct regular revenue forecasting and reporting.
 
- Identify and drive revenue opportunities aligned with both agency goals and internal sales targets\
 
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and post-campaign performance reviews.
 
- Ensure individual and team members Ad-Point usage and data entry is up to date, accurate, with all relevant information recorded.
 
Skills and experience 
- Extensive experience in agency account management and business development.
 
-  Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
 
- Exceptional strategic thinking and financial acumen.
 
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 
- Comprehensive understanding of digital, print, and programmatic media landscapes.
 
- Previous experience leading teams in media sales environments.
 
- Familiarity with publishing and cross-platform media environments (print, digital, content, partnerships).
