At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. 
About the role 
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Client Partner will focus on consortium group agencies, maintaining and growing business through expert relationship management and proactive sales strategies. This role demands superior agency penetration capabilities and the ability to navigate a complex organisational structure. This role is responsible for achieving an individual quarterly target in additional to a quarterly team target.
Duties
- Develop and maintain deep, strategic relationships with assigned agencies.
 
- Execute strategic client plans with clear KPIs and revenue objectives.
 
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for revenue growth specific to that agency group and inline with the Are Media agency strategy
 
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
 
- Provide market insights to support innovative client solutions.
 
- Identify and secure new revenue streams and upselling opportunities from current clients
 
- Develop an extensive pipeline of opportunities, the value and breadth of which will enable you to hit assigned budgets in line with agency business plans
 
- Regularly review client performance data to inform strategic decisions, proactive selling opportunities.
 
- Identify market trends and translate insights into actionable plans to generate increased revenue from the agency group.
 
- Ensure individual Ad-Point usage and data entry is up to date, accurate, with all relevant information recorded.  
 
Skills and experience 
- Proven experience managing large accounts.
 
- Demonstrable success in penetrating agency structures.
 
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 
- Comprehensive knowledge of media sales (print, digital, and programmatic).
 
- Established network within the Melbourne market.
