About the role
Are Media is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Sales Manager to lead the growth of our digital advertising offering and champion our portfolio of iconic, trusted digital brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering digital advertising revenue targets by launching new programmatic opportunities to market, managing key agency and direct client partnerships, and empowering our sales team with digital expertise. You’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Are Media’s digital brands front-of-mind for advertisers and media agencies.
Duties
- Drive digital advertising revenue across programmatic, sponsorships, content campaigns, display, social, and EDM.
- Launch new programmatic digital sales opportunities and manage high-value digital partnerships.
- Leverage Are Media’s first-party data platform to deliver insight-led, effective client solutions.
- Collaborate with Commercial Brand Managers to develop proactive digital sponsorships and craft compelling digital responses to client briefs.
- Coach and support the wider sales team to enhance digital capability and confidence.
Skills and experience
- A strategic, commercially minded digital sales professional.
- Strong understanding of digital media, data-led solutions, and programmatic advertising.
- Proven ability to build relationships with agencies and direct clients.
- Confident coaching skills, with a passion for elevating digital excellence across teams.
