About the role

The Content Partnerships Lead sits at the intersection of audience insight, content strategy and commercial growth. This role focuses on turning a strong understanding of our brands, audiences and cultural moments into thoughtful, content-led ideas that create value for clients and support sustainable revenue growth for the business.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely across content and commercial teams, helping shape ideas early, spotting natural alignment between client goals and our omni-channel storytelling, and supporting initiatives that can scale across brands and categories. This is a strategic, outward-facing role that blends commercial judgement with creative thinking, and values collaboration and influence across disciplines.

We are recruiting for multiple roles across a range of audiences, including entertainment, lifestyle & travel, and homes and premium lifestyle.

Duties

  • Act as the brand and audience expert, translating positioning, performance and insights into content-led commercial opportunities.
  • Champion the omni-channel content calendar, proactively identifying opportunities aligned to client objectives and delivering quarterly opportunity presentations.
  • Analyse audience behaviour, performance data, category trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Research and Strategy to uncover insights that can be commercialised through brand-aligned solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key brand tentpoles, including go-to-market planning, opportunity frameworks and sales collateral.
  • Own tentpole P&Ls and RACI models, ensuring clear accountability and commercial rigour.
  • Enable sales teams through category expertise, proactive client engagement and compelling commercial narratives.
  • Maintain and manage prospecting pipelines, identifying new client opportunities and market spend gaps in collaboration with direct sales.
  • Act as the central liaison across Content, Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Research, Creative and Client Integration to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own brand budgets and forecasting, tracking performance and ensuring alignment with pricing, yield and approved products.

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in content partnerships, commercial strategy or integrated media roles within media, publishing or digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel content, audience behaviour and emerging commercial product trends.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including experience owning or contributing to P&L outcomes.
  • Ability to translate insight and creativity into structured, sellable commercial opportunities.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives end to end, with strong project management capability.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across content, sales, creative and delivery teams.
  • High level of organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
