About the role
We’re seeking a Commercial Workflow Manager to lead and optimise Are Media’s end‑to‑end advertising workflow systems, with a key focus on AdPoint. Reporting to the Head of Data, AdTech & Commercial Operations, you’ll act as the product owner for commercial platforms that support Sales, Ad Operations, Finance and Technology.
You’ll streamline processes, ensure data accuracy, drive system enhancements and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to improve advertising workflow efficiency and support revenue growth.
Duties
- Lead product ownership and roadmap for AdPoint and related platforms
- Analyse, streamline and govern advertising workflows across digital and print
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and support UAT
- Manage vendor relationships, system upgrades and platform releases
- Provide expert support to Sales, Ad Ops, Finance and Tech teams
Skills and experience
- Strong understanding of advertising workflows and revenue operations
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in business systems roles
- Ability to analyse workflows, identify efficiencies and manage platform enhancements
- Confident communicator who can bridge technical and commercial teams
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical capability
- 5+ years in product management, AdTech or commercial systems
- Experience delivering platform improvements across cross‑functional teams
