About the role
Are Media is seeking a Project Executive to join our Advertising Sales team in Sydney. This position offers the opportunity to work with premium brands across our portfolio of leading Australian publications. You will coordinate advertising campaigns from conception to completion, working closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The role provides exposure to diverse industries and the chance to contribute to innovative advertising solutions in the evolving media landscape.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery for advertising clients across multiple platforms
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and specifications
- Liaise with creative teams, production departments, and external vendors to execute advertising campaigns
- Prepare detailed project briefs, status reports, and campaign performance summaries
- Support the sales team with proposal development, client presentations, and pitch materials
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with advertising standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, agencies, and suppliers
Skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferable
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Understanding of advertising campaign processes and media planning principles
- Client service focus with strong relationship building abilities
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools preferred
- Knowledge of Australian media landscape and advertising regulations desirable
