At Are Direct, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home.
Own the in-store moment. Scale retail execution nationally.
Are Direct (Are Media’s distribution arm) is looking for a commercially savvy operator to lift revenue, compliance and retail standards across our independent retail channel and supermarket merchandising network.
What you’ll own
- Build a tiered national engagement model that strengthens independent retailer performance and relationships.
- Deliver merchandising + promotional programs that land in-store—consistently and on time.
- Run end-to-end major in-store supermarket campaigns (smart timing, minimal rework).
- Lead service providers to raise execution quality, fixtures and brand presence.
- Own ‘Connections’ (B2B engagement/loyalty): strategy, incentives, comms calendar, budget + ROI.
- Turn data into action: KPI reporting across sales/compliance/execution + targeted interventions.
You’ll bring
- Experience in retail channel management, merchandising or field operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- Proven stakeholder management across internal teams, retailers and service partners.
- Data‑driven approach (sales/compliance/execution insights) and strong planning/prioritisation.
Desirable
- Experience with independent retail networks/franchise‑style models, loyalty or B2B engagement programs, supermarket merchandising operations, or using tech/automation to improve execution.
