The Role

Lead the engine room behind standout campaigns for Australia's most iconic media brands.

As Project & Studio Lead across Client Delivery, you'll be the link between ambitious client briefs and brilliant creative outcomes. You'll partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to shape delivery plans, then lead Are Media's commercial studio to bring them to life, overseeing scoping, resourcing and delivery across Creative, Content, Video and Social.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, creativity and operational excellence. You'll lead and develop a talented delivery team, act as a trusted point of contact for clients, remove roadblocks and create the structure that enables brilliant work and an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring briefs are strategically sound, accurately scoped, appropriately resourced and delivered on time and to standard.
  • Connect commercial and creative teams, translating pitches and signed proposals into clear timelines, deliverables, budgets and production milestones.
  • Manage studio workflow and capacity, balancing simultaneous campaigns, allocating resources and identifying risks or roadblocks early.
  • Drive operational and commercial performance, monitoring production costs, team utilisation and campaign recovery while improving visibility across the project pipeline.
  • Lead and develop the delivery team, building a collaborative, accountable culture and implementing process improvements that strengthen efficiency and the client experience.

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Demonstrated experience leading creative, content or production projects within a media, publishing, advertising or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of content production workflows, with the ability to manage briefs, approvals, budgets, resources and deadlines across multiple channels.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach teams, set priorities and create clear, effective ways of working.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience partnering with Sales or Client Solutions teams and understanding the revenue context behind every brief.
  • Exceptional organisation and stakeholder management skills, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach and confidence using project management tools.
