About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Executive Officer and, by extension, key members of the executive leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, you’ll be the CEO’s right hand, helping drive priorities, facilitating smooth communication across the company, and making sure the leadership team is running at full speed. We’re after someone who is super organised, discreet, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving parts — all with a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12 month parental leave cover, with a view to start mid August 2025.

Duties

  • CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar, prioritise appointments, act as a key liaison with stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Executive Leadership Team Support: Provide calendar and expense support to senior executives, coordinate logistics for executive offsites, and assist with travel arrangements and onboarding for new team members.
  • Meetings, Events & Projects: Prepare materials and track follow-ups for meetings, support internal events such as All Hands and staff sales, manage logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and assist with cross-functional project coordination.
  • Board & Investor Support: Organise monthly board meetings, compile and distribute board documents, and serve as the main contact for board-related communications and requests.

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives, preferably including direct support to a CEO.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive.
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions oriented.
