At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. 

About the role

The Learning Partner is responsible for building and developing capability across Are Media with a specific focus on digital learning and Gen AI. The role reports to the Director of People, Culture & Workplace and works closely with stakeholders from across all business areas. 

As part of the Are Media multi-channel (print, digital and social) strategy, this role will facilitate our Digital Academy Program which is an onsite, fit-for-purpose training program. The Learning Partner will work with subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the business to evolve the existing curriculum and bring it to life across various channels.

Duties

  • Develop the companywide Learning Plan aligned to the key priorities and with a focus on digital learning and Gen AI
  • Build and facilitate the training programs, including the Digital Academy
  • Work with the SME’s to stay on top of current trends and incorporate into the training materials & facilitation.
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, interactive, regularly updated and aligns with our strategy and company priorities.
  • Construct and facilitate sessions to accommodate for various learner styles and varied levels of experience.

Skills and experience

  • Working knowledge and passion for Gen AI including prompting, building agents and integrating AI into daily work.
  • Demonstrated experience in face-to-face facilitation with multiple groups of various abilities.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and training including course design, material development and delivery of courses.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, along with a strong operational and technical understanding.
  • Open communication, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Training & Assessment, Training Design & Development or equivalent.
