About the role
The Project Executive is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day running and delivery of campaigns across print, digital socials and tentpoles. This includes managing editorial integrations, added value and client deliverables to ensure all campaign elements are implemented seamlessly from booking through to post-reporting. In addition to delivery, the Project Executive supports the pre-sale process, providing input on timelines, feasibility and operational requirements to ensure smooth transition from concept to implementation.
Duties
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across print, digital, social and tentpoles, coordinating editorial integration, production, assets, approvals and timelines.
- Manage planning, tracking, sign-off and post-campaign reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered as agreed.
- Support pre-sale and planning by contributing feasibility, timelines, proposals and brainstorms with sales and brand teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, communicate progress proactively, and help improve team workflows and processes.
Skills and experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Previous experience in a marketing, media, commercial and/ or sales support role.
