At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. 

 

About the role

As a Client Solutions Partner in our Advertising Sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth across Are Media's portfolio of premium brands. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading Australian and international advertisers, developing creative advertising solutions that deliver measurable results. Based in our Sydney office, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and client success in the ever-evolving media landscape.

 

Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across print, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, direct clients, and media buyers
  • Create compelling client presentations and proposals that showcase Are Media's audience reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and creative teams to develop tailored advertising solutions
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting to clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospects within your client portfolio
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen business relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to share insights and support overall team objectives

 

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and advertising industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence decision makers
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign measurement tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Existing relationships within advertising agencies or media buying organizations advantageous
